Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by Art Luna are made to order and produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will gladly assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
