Products & Made-to-Order Items

All products sold by Art Luna are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed.

Because items are custom-produced:

  • We do not accept returns

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference

Exchanges are available only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item received, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and viewing conditions.

Minor variations are not considered defects.
